WMC operates exclusively on a self-pay model, and does not accept insurance. Please see our Services page, for information about our rates.
Should you wish, you may also contact your insurance provider to discuss options for coverage. A diagnostic code may be provided for billing purposes on request.
Please note: In the event of cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, WMC will charge 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
